As part of a comprehensive process of reflection on Montreal’s place in the world, especially its cultural international reputation by its artists, cultural workers and cultural organizations or businesses, ArtExpert were retained to document the international cultural influence of the metropolis through its artists and companies outside of Quebec and Canada. Through proven research, analysis and validation processes to identify needs, gaps and opportunities, the environmental scan was round off by concrete goals and partnership strategies.
