ArtExpert and Ginder Consulting develop a five-year Cultural Blueprint for the Unesco Gros Morne National Park Region of Newfoundland and Labrador with the objective of positioning Gros Morne as a sustainable international destination for the arts and a centre of creative activity. The consultants used proven research, community engagement, analysis and validation processes to identify needs, gaps and opportunities. The Cultural Blueprint’s vision was supported by concrete goals, strategies, actions, timelines and budgetary implications.
