The ATRG receives ArtExpert’s report on the feasibility of new cultural products for tourists in Gaspésie
Saint-Anne-des-Monts, October 22, 2007 – the Association touristique de la Gaspésie (ATRG) and the Centre intégré de développement de la Gaspésie (CIDG) enthusiastically received the study conducted by ArtExpert.ca and realized in collaboration with Zins Beauchesne and Associates, the Phaneuf Group and Scéno Plus.
The study concludes an assessment of the commercial, financial and technical feasibility of a multidimensional cultural and tourist project. “We now know how much a project of this scope would contribute strategically to improving regional cultural tourism in Gaspésie,” asserts Sylvain Tanguay, the General Director of the TAGR.
Our team developed a conceptual approach to the product envisioned by the ATRG and the CIDG. By assessing the conditions of current and future markets and conducting an evaluation of these conditions, our team was able to suggest appropriate areas for product diffusion, propose a strategic approach for intervention and communication marketing and provide a model for optimal management.
ArtExpert is a leading cultural consultation firm in terms of strategic analysis and feasibility studies in the cultural management domain at national and international levels. Our expert consultants work with clients in both public and private sectors, advising them on the impact of cultural initiatives, government programs, as well as the state of today’s arts and culture environment in Canada. This allows our clients to better understand the effects that implementing projects and/or cultural programs will have on organizations as well as the ecology of the cultural and economic market.
